Monybookers account is blocked

    Hi DP friends , I lost my password for Monybookers account. when i enter it three time then it get blocked :( . I ask them to send me a password recovery link to my email but they say i have to submit my identity . Here is another problem .
    In Moneybookers my name is as A.K.M.Borhanich Bappe but at all of my documents my name is A K M Borhanice . There is no Comma (.) .and Bappe is my nick name so it is not there .

    I send them my documents but they say it is not correct . I have to submit a documents where my name is as A.K.M.Borhanich Bappe

    So what can i do now ?

    Either explain your situation or some photoshop magic. But that would be forgery, so suit yourself.

    They are indeed very strict but that's what i like about them though I would not like to be in your shoes.
