Buying Monthly link-building services

    I need to hire two (2) different monthly link-building providers for my academic education-related site.

    1. Do-follow only

    2. No off-topic spamming allowed

    3. No black hat services allowed

    4. Quality, permanent links only

    5. No links on pages that already contain links to "spammy" or "bad neighborhood" sites (drugs, gambling, casinos, mortgage, Rolex, insurance, etc.)

    6. Must be able to accept direct credit card payment (not PayPal balance payments)

    7. PM me exactly what you can offer per month and at what cost.
