Monthly fees for Paypal Premier accounts

    I have just signed up for a Paypal Premier account. When I contacted Customer Service I was told there was no monthly fee attached to this account type as there is with the Merchant Business Account. However, some posts I have read on this forum suggests there IS a fee for the Premier account. Has Paypal changed its policy regarding monthly fees for Premier accounts?

    There is a fee when you receive money in Premier/Biz accounts. [There are no monthly / annual fees whatsoever]

    -- 3.4% (of the recvd amount) + $0.30

    Paypal charge fee for every your transaction as below with USA Paypal account:

    $0.00 USD-$3,000.00 USD 2.9% + $0.30 USD
    $3,000.01 USD-$10,000.00 USD 2.5% + $0.30 USD
    $10,000.01 USD-$100,000.00 USD 2.2% + $0.30 USD
    > $100,000.00 USD 1.9% + $0.30 USD

    And with non-us account:

    $0.00 USD-$3,000.00 USD 3.4% + $0.30 USD
    $3,000.01 USD-$10,000.00 USD 2.9% + $0.30 USD
    $10,000.01 USD-$100,000.00 USD 2.7% + $0.30 USD
    > $100,000.00 USD 2.4% + $0.30 USD
