Hi, I wonder does anyone have a document or clear idea of what "monthly backlink strategy" i should take for my site. It is so easy to buy 1000s of cheap links and then mix with high PR links etc but i am concerened that there are better approaches i could take or this process will eventually lead to a penility from google. I am thinking of stopping to build cheap links and only build high PR quality links, will google then view this as a dramatic change and then realise that the previous efforts where paid for, rather than genuine links. Currently I target google . ie Have about 500 visits per day Thanks in advance for any help or advice given. Regards. Eunan.
whats your domain age ? as if your website is new then increasing links fast can put you on problem so make a strategy in doing link building that every thing look natural

For the new web site first u start with on page SEO than after switch on off page SEO. Off page SEO is very vast u can explore many more thing for your site. In off page SEO first start with directory submission and after go on with other type of submission like bookmarking, article, press release etc. All are type of link building in off page.
I try to build each month back links ... Diversity is the key ...also .... so build with diffrent methods ...
