Month here still no privilage

Im here about a month i have over 25 posts and still i cant post in all sections - for example buy/trade. I read TOS and still i dont know what is wrong.

 

You have not been a member for about a month. You have been a member for about two weeks. Your first post was the afternoon of March 31st. After meeting the 14 day / 25 post requirement you still have to be patient and wait for the cron job to run to automatically update your permissions. Before asking questions, please search first - this one has been addressed dozens of times already.
