Google the term " Commission Junction Monster.com ". Your first result should be a CJ case study about Monster. Below is a paragraph from that study that might address your question.

Because your an incentive program with CJ (Your previous posts) you might not be able to join Monster. I've heard that they only accept incentive sites that generate good organic traffic/1000+ uniques a day in a specific niche, have a solid visitor base with a minimum of 5% bookmarked and show constant first page results in all search engines for real world search strings.

However if your set on approaching Monster as an incentive site, I suggest you take another look at your site. Look at it as if you were Monster. It's cluttered with competitive job site advertising, has advertising that has nothing to do with employment, doesn't cover any particular industry, has spelling errors, requires the applicant to submit a CV file (red dot) on the application and doesn't have any unique content/job openings that are yours. Without any job offers that are yours, where do you plan on getting your resumes? If you were Monster would you trust your resume source?

Please don't think I'm being overly critical about your site, that's not my intention. But your question was what you needed to do to join Monster. Cleaning up the sites appearance and having your own job offers is a great first start and would help you greatly.

    Good luck.

You have a cute name for your site but it appears very disorganized. Tighten that puppy up some before applying to monster and you may have a shot.

i have to agree with the posts above. your site doesn't look very professional, nor does it have any new content for your visitors, its basically just a site that allows them to search other job sites. monster is a well known company and if you want to work with the big boys, you may want to invest in some professional web design, or at least some content.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I'll re-think my site layout and purpose.
