    Has anyone tried their program?

I have signed up for it but now they are saying they had bad storms, floods, thunder, lighting, and tornados that wiped out all the power and now their network is down. Its been down for over a week now. I cant access my affliate account and I have commissions waiting to be posted and payed out...

    any thoughts on this network?

I actually heard bad stuff about them. They used non incent offers as incent and got caught, resulting in scurbs for all of their publishers.

They also have a freebie website, paymefree.com.

Looks like they haven't paid their users yet either (from what I've heard), seems like the owner tried running a network without any knowledge of the industry.

Usually if a program is good you can search Google for the program "program +review" and you'll find plenty of people talking about it. If not you find people saying bad things about it.
