Monitoring link exchanges and link partners

Hi,

Does anyone know of a web app that can monitor links that have been exchange kind of like how reciprocal manager does with a cron job? I dont want to use reciprocal manager I'd rather use some other master program. Could even be a desktop app that can monitor one way links too.

I've started using linkmachine and have found it to be way better than reciprocal manager. There's a review of it and some other similar tools at http://www.linkexchangeresources.com/software.php
