Monitor problems

    My monitor keeps going out of focus, as in all thext and images get shadows behind them and it goes a bit blurry.

    When i shake the screen it usually comes back to normal, but its really annoying,.

    Anyone know any ways to fix this

    Is it old monitor. If so something is loose inside. I never seen lcd monitor do that

    Um i have had it for about a year now.

    Also the left speaker on it doesnt work
