    what is a good program to monitor your backlinks?

    I found a website once that did it, how ever i can't remember the name of it.

    im talking about i once knew a site that would email you if your link was removed.

    I think you are talking about backlinkwatch.com . Even the yahoo site explorer is a good tool.
