I am new here and just introduced myself in the Introductions section. I have lurked here for the last couple of days and have learned a whole lot. I have acquired ownership of a video website (no porn) that receives about 3000 uniques a day through organic traffic. According to the Google analytics 90% of our daily traffic is new visitors and most do not return due to the fact the site is severely outdated. The previous owner had to step away from the site for personal reasons and he removed all of the advertising on the site, therefore I have no idea what to expect from this site. We are in the middle of a redesign to bring the site where it needs to be and I was wondering if anyone could recommend some sites that could shed some light on maximizing our revenue. I believe once the redesign is finished we should be able to retain some of the people who are coming and going everyday. I am not looking for any get rich quick schemes, just some basic knowledge to build upon. I am excited to be a member of this forum and look forward to sharing my experiences. Thanks
