Moniker & SnapNames auction problem...

Is there anyone who sold domains using their service? I have submitted some of my domains at some point and now they have sent me an e-mail that some of my domains were accepted into their auction. However, one of the domains they have accepted for the auction is already sold. Now they are telling me that I was not allowed to sell outside and that I will have to pay them some commission..
    What do you think?

Read the terms when you submit a domain for auction. I think the answer will be there.

Yeah, you are right, but those terms should show up before I submit a domain for auction, or right after, at least.

Either they showed it to you or it does not apply. My money says that they showed it to you. Most people never read them anyway. How much commission is in dispute anyway?
