I have been trying to access that site for like 4 days now. Last I read on DNFORUMS, it was down due to some cable fault. Is it still not available? How do I transfer my domains in that case?

I'm not sure when you last checked the website, but it's working for me. Maybe you should clear your browsers history/cache. That might help.

Different ICP has different requirement on transfering domain name. First you'd better choose one ICP, then
read their rules before you transfer your domain. If you're not very sure on how to make it, you can also ask
    their representative for help.Good luck.

Sometimes Moniker can block IP-addresses from some countries. Try proxy-access.

Donot wish to restart a new thread so here goes my problem.

My ISP assures me that they are not blocking the websites. And I think that is correct because when I logged in this afternoon, during PC Start up, it loaded flawlessly. However, after sometime, the DSL no longer picks up signals for this site, neither does 'tracert' works on this. I get 'General Failure' Error. Any clues? I just formatted my PC to Vista from Windows XP. It was working well before on Vista. The last time I posted this thread I had XP, so that means it wasn't working on that. I don't know what happened now. All other sites are working fine. It is just moniker and snapnames.com.

I know it doesn't belongs here, but I am continuing as the problem prevails.

Ya I know. :( Thats the whole crap. It doesn't works only for me, and I can't detect anything that may be blocking access to these 2 only.
