    I am selling this site because I have 3 other sites on the go and can't pay much attention to it. I set this site up to basically develop myself a mailing list, within the first week I had 9 people on my list, but then I stopped promoting. (List will come with the domain (9 people through aweber).

    There is a lot of great content that comes with it that I purchased specifically for this site (all of it has MRR and some is PLR).

    You can check out the content yourself at the website: http://www.moneypowered.com.

    It's simple to implement your aweber into it through a wordpress plugin.

    This can definitely turn into a great site given the right attention.

    It comes with a premium theme - Magazine 1.0 by StudioPress and a custom logo made by myself.
