I have $100 in my moneybrookers account. Today when I wanted to send money I got this message: "Your account is locked for outgoing transfers and credit/debit card payments therefore we cannot complete this transaction. To unlock your account, you must upload funds into your Moneybookers account via bank transfer. " According to our country rules we cannot send money from Bangladesh to outside the country. So, it is not possible to send money to moneybrookers. I have applied for address varification code. Hope it is on the way. After varifying the address will my account be unlocked? or it will be unclocked by only bank fund?
Yes after you verify your address it will be unblocked, dont worry just follow the validation process from them You'll get your money back safe.
I highly doubt that because every country has to deal with sending money to other countries somehow. But you would need a foreign currency account to send wire. Ask any bank for that
very sure you have wrong information, how can bangladesh do business without the facility of wire transfer check with some reputable bank in your country
My dear DP members this is true that without valid reason like education tution fee, business you can not send money from Bangladesh to abroad. To do all thing you need proper paper and it's long term process. Like from Bangladesh you can not send money throw Western Union. Zobair > Wait for your address verification. One more thing without verification why you receive money? I hope you will recover it soon.
Wow that's really strange. In my country you do need a foreign currency account to send wires abroad but there are no restrictions on sending money through Western Union (Very Strange)

Who told you this? I've sent money via Western Union to USA, Canada, UAE and even I can send money to India with western union
Today got there reply. They said I am using two accounts so they terminated the first account and unlocked the second account where the money is. I have also recieved the varification code today and varified my address. It has increased the limit around 5 thousand dollars which is very good for me in 90 days period. I am thinking about using money brookers instead of using payoneer cause payoneer chages alot and have some techniqal problems. Also payoneer cut my $700 for a dispute which was totally false.
