    Hi,

One of my friend is experiencing problems with his MB account withdrawal. MB cancelled his first withdrawal request and then transferred money at second request at lower rate with following email notification:

"Regarding your inquiry, we would like to inform you that, due to processing restrictions your withdraw for the amount of 27.68 USD made on 15 Jul 10 was cancelled on our end.

We apologize for the inconveniences caused, however, please note that all of the payments to our customers in Pakistan are now sent in EUR. Therefore, the last withdraw that you have made on 20 Jul 10 for 27.00 USD will be converted in EUR, according to our currency conversion rates at the time we send out your payment.

Please note that this procedure is only imposed in order our customers to receive their payments without further obstacles.

To avoid another currency conversion from your bank, we kindly advise you to withdraw to a EUR denominated bank account."

He has an account in MCB so kindly tell us what can be done in this regard to avoid withdrawal problem and lower currency conversion rate in future.

    Waiting for your useful suggestions!

    Thanks in advance.
    Shah.

There is a very simple solution for your problems! as we all know the market value of US Dollars facing diminishing trends from so long for the same reason they introduced Euros as a replacement! all you want to do is to inquire the minimum amount in Euros! after knowing the amount convert your current $$ into Euros i am sure there could be a difference between the payouts of MoneyBookers account
