Three weeks ago I withdraw $210 to my brother's bank account from MoneyBookers (MB), because my own account has some problems. Remember my MB account is on my name. When I didn't get my payment after 2-weeks, I contact the support center and they asked me to submit Bank Statement of my (brother) account. After 1-day, they acknowledge my documents' submission through a mail, they said that they will contact me once any update available, but still there is no word from them. Now tell me what I need to do?

Contact them. As long as your brother's bank didn't accept the payment, MB will send it to you again while probably withholding a certain fee for non-successful withdrawal.
I receive an email from MoneyBookers, they said that they would refund my payment, but still that amount is not showing in my account.
