Moneybookers' Verification

I've been trying to get verified with moneybookers for 3 months already. Then last week I just got the verification code when I called my bank. I did not receive the code within 3 working days because I applied my debit card so I don't have a monthly bill from my bank. Now the code doesn't work. Is there any way wherein I could get verified again?

A payment to me was sent to moneybookers and I wanted to get the remaining money there. I will transfer my money to Paypal when I've got my money there.

Any suggestions on how I could get verified again? I emailed moneybookers already and they want me to them a copy of my account book, is that okey to give?

Yes, thats okay to give.. I didn't receive VRF Code in my bank statement and instead I emailed them scanned copy of the statement showing an incoming transfer from MB and they verified it manually.

Either sent them what they require or try completing the procedure again. I've requested a 2nd withdrawal, got the code, and verified the account instantly.

My book account records doesn't specify from where the deposits came from. It is codes, dates and the amount. Will that be sufficient enough as a proof that an amount of money from the date that I withdraw from moneybookers is the withdrawal from Moneybookers?

Ask your bank to provide the transaction history of that particular SWIFT wire transfer. It indicates everything like Sender/Receiver/Sender's Reference/Ordering Institution/Sender & Receiver's Correspondent etc etc.

For me it was dirt easy to get verified with moneybookers, just put a bit of money from your bank account on it and it's done:

verified + €5000 extra to transfer

then a couple of days later I received the mail: another 5K, so it's no problem to get verified quickly

Ok, so I have send all the needed documents that they need of me. A copy of my passport for ID, a copy of my book account that has my name in there, and the copy of the withdrawal that moneybookers has sent me. I hope everything will fine now. Wish me luck.

Google 'review Moneybookers' and you'll see that quite a lot of people are encountering problems with Moneybookers; money gets frozen. No email replies, expensive phonecalls.

Not entirely true. Moneybookers suits better for sellers as paypal's seller protection policy over intangible products isn't that good.
