They put my account on hold... and i need to send a few $ to somebody ... i sent my documents to , but never heard back from them . 3 days passed. How fast do you think they will move?!
Maybe due to weekends (Sat-Sun) there is some delay from their end. You need to wait few more days IMO. Have you tried to contact them through their customer support again DON.
Contact them via email support and ask them to do it as soon as possible as you have to send payments .. They will most probably reply or tell you some way to get out of it else wait for some few days as it can still take 5 to 10 days too
Just enter your swift code and bank account number and you will get verified but make sure you verify your address too
softgroups, from my previous experience I can say that moneybookers support is very slow than other payment processors. Sometime it takes around 14 days to get your moneybookers account active after you have send them the scanned documents. You can call them today which may accelerate the process.
To verify my MB account i: 1. Sent them some money, without knowing how much. I looked in my banks cc payment history and took the value from there. Then i was asked that in my MB account. So i verified my account. 2. I verified my address by recieving a letter from them with a special code.
no problem, if u submit correct documents, wait 1 weeks, still no answer from MB, go Complaint Section make a complaint. you will receive immediate reply within 24 hours, if u r documents perfect, u r problem will solve within 3 working days
i am glad i came to this thread, i have both paypal account and moneybooker.i want to be certain which service is hassle-free.
Moneybookers is really one of the best especially for internationals - my documents took some time but that's because of the requirement of the mailing system. Your best bet though is to call their customer service line. They will answer and respond.
