    I believe when I had moneybookers account I used a normal vcc to verify it. Not sure if you could do it these days

    I think you can use Visa Card , Prepaid Visa Card available in Pakistan only for Rs.500 , You can also use these Rs.500 for Online Shopping.

    I tried that UBL Wiz thing and it disappointed me. I thought finally we have got a solution to shop online without getting regular Credit Cards but .

    I tried to use that Wiz Card three times and everytime it simply failed. I asked their customer support and the support guy told me it is a problem at your branch's end. You won't believe how mad I was but managed to control my tongue :p

    You can Generate VCC form INDIAN banks .. Can load the amount like 500 1000 And can add it to MB acc

    may be some bins are blocked there

    There is no point in choosing a payment processor simply because they provide you with a VCC, since VCC can be obtained in almost any country.
