Hello although i am account holder since 2003 but i never had much funds with them but last past week got around 2000$ in my MB account from a freelance work i did. i usually take paypal always but now a days paypal isnt that trustful to me. so i took it via Moneybooker . But not my acc says it locked and asked me to submit documents . i have did it already how long do u think it might take them to verify .. its really annoying Getting the account locked with much $$ init.
I would send them an email and ask. Alertpay can take up to 10 days, not sure with Moneybookers. When I opened my account with them I had to verify my address. They sent me a letter in the mail with a code to enter on the website. Have you verified address and bank account?
Expect a "helpful" reply in 3-4 weeks. Their customer service is not that great. Expect a few excuses to postpone you getting your money too. *Hate to break the bad news* They are great till they lock ya
do you have verified your address and added a CC or bank account in your MB account? If not that may be the case , anyway contact them through email or phone anf ask why has your account been locked?
