how to transfer money from moneybookers to indian bank account? i am thinking of opening account with ICICI or HDFC and since moneybookers asks for SWIFT/BIC code, is there a way to do it? has anybody successfully transferred money?
Every bank has its own SWIFT code so you don't need to worry about that. Just get a bank account opened and then you are good to go
yea you can easily withdraw you money from moneybooker to any bank account i prefer using icici or hdfc bank
Every bank have its own Swift code . So , you don't need to worry about it. But for getting payments to your bank account , you need to verify it first by sending some wire transfer to your moneybookers account from the bank account you want to verify. Thanks.
I have transferred money from my moneybookers to hdfc account 2-3 times in past. It takes 4-5 days max for this procedure. You can find SWIFT code through online search or search in this sectin as someone posted SWIFT codes for different banks and their branches few days back. DON.
am a regular user of it. I have an account in HDFC . just need to provide your swift code and bank details. amount will be in your bank account with in 5 days. incase if you plan to exchange let me know
as far as i know only few HDFC bank branches have direct swift codes. i believe the funds had to be sent to main mumbai branch with SWIFT code then they transfer it. Please if anybody could help? does banks in india ask question if i receive foreign transfer to my account? i am also worried here
how much charge MB takes per transaction ? in paypal it taking 50 Rs if it is less than 7000 Rs transaction
Huh..dudes, i use State Bank of India and when i looked up for SWIFT codes, its mentioned "Nil" . So what must i do? Do i have to call them and ask for SWIFT code.? or open icici/hdfc account? However IFSC codes are available for paypal withdraw, but i have funds in my alertpay a/c that i cant convert to cash. So need a solution
If you want to transfer money from your moneybookers account to your Indian Bank account you have to do the following things: 1) Find the SWIFT code of your bank - You can easily get it from your bank's website. Some banks have a lot of branches and their swift code changes with their branches. Check and confirm the swift code again. 2) You will need your bank account no. 3) Now put these information in the "Add Bank Account" section of your moneybookers account. 4) Initiate a transfer and wait for 5 business days. It may take more than 5 business days. But keep in touch with your bank. And if you haven't received your money from moneybookers open a support ticket. I don't think it would take more than 7 days to get your moneybookers money into your bank account.
