    Okay, so now that I know there is no chargeback, I would like to go ahead and ask one more question...I want some extra security for my account if I put my bank info, and credit card info there, because I don't want it to be hacked or anything...So do they offer some type of security key like PayPal does? Thanks in advanced for any responses!

    Moneybookers overall is good but the policies which they follow are strange with regards to blocking the account and not removing the restrictions even after relevant documents being provided, Whereas this is not the case with PayPal, unless a legitimate reason, PayPal will never close an account
