Info for people who want to find an alternative for Paypal~:p

Moneybookers is a UK-based e-wallet payment system (non-goldbased) that allows anyone with an email address and credit card or bank account to safely and securely transfer funds online. It’s the largest online payment system in Europe and performs payment processing for all kinds of websites (online auction & shopping sites, online casino, etc.), individual users and corporate users.

Moneybookers is becoming more and more popular and has become a worldwide accepted e-wallet, for example, it is widely accepted by all kind of online casino site as the latest method of depositing casino credits in real time.

    The best alternative for Paypal?

Moneybookers serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders and it also be considered as The best alternative for Paypal: It’s similar to paypal but have better security and protection then paypal.

Unlike many competing online money transfer system (e.g. PayPal), Moneybookers requires identity verification before using their service to minimize fraud and prevent money laundering. Additional verification steps raise the maximum amount transferable to €20,000 or equivalent within a 90-day period.

After verification, you’ll be able to transfer money derectly to your bank account in almost any countries around the world which is the best news for the people who live in countries that paypal bank transfer service is not available yet. Moneybookers does not usually get involved in merchandise disputes and the availability of credit card chargebacks may be limited. And further more Moneybookers charges its fees directly to the sender of the payment, and not - unlike the alternative PayPal - the recipient, which is quite unconvenient.

Currently (as of 2 Sept 2008) Moneybookers claims to operate in all countries and handle over 5.5 million accounts and it’s regulated by the Financial Services Authority of the United Kingdom.

On March 2008, Moneybookers was bought by Investcorp Technology Partners (LSE: IVC, Total assets: $32 billion) for €105 Million.

I'm also using moneybooker. Its good. but the problem is majoriy of people in the world use paypal so when we do a transaction most of the time other party ask for paypal. Then some transfer fee for the transaction we make. what is the solution for this? If a paypal owner can direcly transfer some money to our moneybooker accounts without involving any cost moneybooker would be the best alternative.

As I am in Pakistan and using moneybookers to collect the money .Please can any one explain me how can I withdarw my money from moneybookers.

Is there any way that the money in the moneybooker can be tranferred to the credit card and can be withdrawn at the ATM.

I have also opened an account with www.plimus.com and they have send me the debit card.

I mean to say that can we link the moneybookers account with the debit card of the plimus (payoneer)

Any opinions , views will be highly appreciated

I am also from Pakistan and i withdraw my money from moneybookers to bank account only .. I think so Credit card procedure is easy to use but it require some verification as i heard about it but never used it .. You can use it from moneybookers to ATM by withdrawing your money to your bank account and after having it in your bank account you can withdraw it via ATM too ...
    Hope its clear n0w

They are pretty good but their "routine security checks" are a pain in the ass since I've submitted my bank statement and state ID multiple times. I don't understand why they can't just keep it on file and refer to it when they do a "routine security check"

If moneybookers provide better service at a lesser fees....why is the world not collectively moving towards it?

Why is bank account and address not enogh, they could also call one, damn all this security is getting on my nervs in these times you need to keep such thing close to you and give it away here and there and dont transfer any big amounts.
