Do you mean you want to use their merchant service?
I have a friend who nearly get successfully MB merchant service. They also requested for company document but my friend told them that it is his own site and has no any company document, then he now pass that step.

It is actually not their fault if you entered wrong DOB. They have to make all the security measures so no one else can access your account. I think the only way is to provide them what they ask/

If you tell MB sucks, then what is your view regarding paypal.
These paypal junks takes weeks to verify a single document. At least you are lucky that you got 2 documents approved.

I know that when you sign up with Moneybookers, they asked if you are signing up for a Personal or Business account. If you are not a Business and signed up for a Personal account, they should not ask for your company registration. Remind them that you signed up as a Personal account.

If you however signed up as a Company Registration then it would have been your fault by providing false information.

From my experience with MB i would nominate them as the best payment company. They ACTUALLY specify what they want from you and process the requests in a very timely manner. My account was once locked and released just after 1 hour, becuase I sent scanned docs.

LOL, MB really sucks. Almost 3 months back I got one fraudulent fund to my MB from one scammer, MB has blocked my a/c & asked me to send scanned documents I did but there was no response for about a week when I called them they asked me to send the documents in the physical form:mad:

After 15 days I again called them to know the status & they again asked me to send my utility bill, I did & again no response for a week, one more call & finally they restored my a/c after a long waiting of about 2 months :(

Again after 10 days I was shocked to find my MB blocked again, again they asked me to send the scanned documents, I did & after 2 days when I called them to know the reason they transferred my call to 3 different departments & I talked with 4 different agents none of them had any idea why my a/c was blocked, finally after 24 hours I got an email that they had restored my a/c & it was just a random security check to maintain integrity as a safe processor...........!!!!

Yes, they are good until you have problems such as blocked accounts.

I have my account verified and high limits.

But their customer service is just bad (just like paypal). If you send them something they usually reply after 1-2 weeks.

I usually call them to see if this way i can speed things by providing all the info they ask. Usually they tend to lose the scanned documents, don't ask me why but it's what i keep reading from other users.

So, if someone hadn't verified his account already i would advise you to do it or else you would need to wait very long weeks if they block your account.

Of course, if you have put the right information about yourself you won't have problems with them

Call them. I have only good experience with them

They don't like "strange" things happening though.

The best is as always if you use your real info. I verified myself throuhg my bank account and never had problems. When I withdraw money there is mone on my Bank account in 2-3 days always.

They are good but you have to be honest and follow the rules. To many people are screwing around with BS info and data they submit and that is why MB is suspicious sometimes!

I don't like moneybookers at all. The whole scanning documents is a pain in the butt as well. Passports, utility bills, licenses? Why not just do what paypal does and just verify through bank account??
