I would like to integrate skrill as payment processor on my shop for digital goods. I already have personal account there, but now i would like to open business account. The main problem is that i need to enter some info for the following fields: Registration number and Legal Form. Can anyone explain those fields?
Also, do i really need to have a registered company in my country so i can create business account?

    Thank you

You kind of answered your own question. Yes, you need a registered business to open an account. Honestly, I'd avoid this processor like the plague. Just because they changed their name doesn't make them reliable. I spent months just trying to get them to send me the bloody verification letter.

Yes, you do need a company or at least a DBA (Doing Business As) name...

It's a form of getting a business name for sole proprietorships, i.e. businesses that you run in your own name (when you don't register an LLC/LTD/GMBH/ S/C-Corp/SARL or any other kind of separate corporate entity, but just start doing business right away, using your personal bank account and being personally responsible for everything).

Or you can use your own name, like "David Anderson, SP". It all depends on the country - I'm not familiar with all of them, but in a lot of cases you'll need to file some sort of registration with the appropriate department.

Basically, DBA/SP/LLC/GMBH/SARL/etc are all *legal forms*, and the abbreviation would go into that field.

You'd still need a valid *registration number*, but you could try entering any number there - not recommended, as Skrill might check or ask for proof.
