I have tough about switching from Paypal to Mb, because I have messed up my personal-account and I don't want to buy a vcc right now to get business- or prermier-account verified. Do I need cc/bank-account to use Mb? Where can I buy/exchange Moneybookers? What are the pluses and minuses of Mb compared to Paypal?
You dont need CC or bank for MB, but it will raise your limits. non verified MB has limits 1000 EUR in 90 days period (that much you can send, you can receive unlimited). For CC I think you get 1 or 3 k EUR limit, im not sure, and for bank you can get 5k EUR limit, and for post verification you can get 5k EUR lmit also. (my knowledge is 2 months old, so im not 101% sure, but you can check it in My Account page) You can exchange MB with any member, just be carefull of scammers and dirty money ... Plus of MB are : it is very cheap, fees : 1% up to 0.50EUR of transaction value (easy worldwide paying), (will pay the sender), multiple currencies, you can withdraw to your local bank very fastly, you can use in gambling sites, and much some online shops too. and negatives,: exchange is illegal, or against rules, that is why you have to be carefull.
Oo, gambling, sounds good. Is there any way you could get caught for exchange if you exchange from Mb to Paypal if you don't write anything about exchange to the details? Also, is there a refund-policy of any kind? Aand.. Could someone list few of shops accepting Mb?
Click shoppping, there u will find much shops with MB And you have to write nothing related about exchange, and that exchanger cant report you, and then, and if he had too much deals, and his acc will get locked you can get too (but that last possibility is less probably, almost no chance ) and dont exchange too low and too much times, like 10x$10, rather go for $100 one, and rmember MB is not stupid, they will catch you if you play against rules, so take care and good luck
