    18 days past my money is not deposited in my back account, how many days need to get reply form them, i just email them.

    please know me about their supporting system.

    Maybe it's due to the long holidays? They usually reply to emails within 24 hours, except on holidays.

    Weird situation. One call sometimes works better than 10 emails. Especially with moneybookers. Give it a try.

    moneybookers support is really slow.

    If I was you, I would call them at once. call them and ask them why you havnt got the money.

    you should get the money within 5-7 days max

    18 days is VERY much, try to email them. Its not normal.
    Usual process is 2-5 days till they send it from you local country bank, then + 2to4 days till you receive to your bank (from your another local bank,) so shouldnt be more than 10 bussiness days,
    Atleast my experience...
