They have different options available. You can verify your bank account, CC or address. I chose the mail verification and I'm still waiting for the letter to arrive.
Make sure your FULL NAME is shown the same as inside your Credit card. I got issue last time because my first name and last name was spelled out in a wrong order from the CD.
Moneybookers got some issues with international SWIFT transfers. MAKE SURE that you ask your bank what swift code format they prefer and have the same information in your account details or you'll end up making a lot of calls and meeting loads of people in your bank :s
It is not a bug in their system. It is because most card issuers have them blacklisted. This is because they started out primarily processing gambling transactions, like Neteller. They no longer accept that business, but good luck getting removed from the list - it just doesn't happen.

It is certainly true, but you should only encounter this problem with card issued from the US. Maybe Australia and Germany as well, I'm not entirely sure about those, but US cards will have problems a good percentage of the time.
You can deposit money in your account as long as you like, use it in anyway you like. Add bank when you want to make a transfer.
