    I have recieved my PIN from moneybookers in about 3 weeks, I am from the Philippines. I know you can request for the PIN again soon if you have not recieved it in a specific period of time. You could try emailing their support if you have encountered anymore problems.

    I live in Asia and I received it within 5 business days. I dont know how to ask it again coz never tried it. but you can still contact them. Call them but seems they have hired jerks to handle customers.
