I have a year old account with MoneyBookers, with both bank and address verified. When I tried to send some money today, they said the following: What's funny is that there is no reason specified. I can't send the documents to that address, but I can scan them and send to an email of theirs. Do you think it will work? If so, does anyone know the email address for this type of cases as I spent half of hour on the site and sent the same message to all emails I could find. Oh and btw, I have 500$ in that account.
usually sending scanned documents through e-mail for moneybookers doesn't work. I say it from the personal experience. Anyway, as you say you can't send the documents to that adress, you have no options.
I just received an email from them and they said I could send the documents digitally via their submission form in my account. Seems like you're wrong beirut.
there is an area in your account to send that information, you'll just have to locate it. i hope you get this resolved soon as MB is famous for closing accounts and seizing the funds.
As much as i love there service, there support is pretty crap. A friend of mine submitted some change details on his account, sent a few emails yet no response. Rang and still couldn't get through. Hope it all works out for you.
Yeah, maybe for me and one of my friends sending copy through e-mail didn't work because we are from high-risk country. Good luck for you Hope I was wrong.
Hmmm..acceptance rate via email is usually %10...if you made account with your name and u r legit do it if not and dont have balance forget it cause it doesnt worth.
