    Once I have cash in Moneybookers can I send it to my paypal account?

    You can not send it directly. Because they are different.
    But,

    MB = XYZ Bank account
    PP = XYZ Bank account.

    MB > XYZ Bank > PP.

    Simple.

    Paypal and Moneybookers are separate companies, so it's not possible to do a direct exchange between the two. You can exchange funds with someone (but be very careful!, do this only if you know someone very well).

    from moneybookers you can only transfer either to other moneybookers users or to your bank account attached with your account

    You can do a currency exchange but it's quite risky since it's against both paypal and mb TOS.

    Best way is find a good friend of yours who maintain both paypal and moneybooker. so without any hesitation you can do the exchange.

    I think there is no Exchanger which exchange Moneybooker to Paypal..
