Moneybookers payment processing

    If I use moneybookers on my site to accept credit card payment, will customers from US be able to pay?

    they wont be able to directly pay through credit card, they must have a MB account! which is free to make, but most customers consider it to be a hassel.
    also MB takes 5 days to verify the credit cards of newely made accounts
