I have requested to withdraw $866 through moneybookers. I wait about 10 days but did not received money in my Bank account. I submit an help ticket to moneybookers. They asked that they have sent the payment and payment have been received by My bank. But my bank is asking that they did not received money. Moneybookers asked me to send bank statement of that period. I have sent statement to moenybookers and waiting for their reply. Please let me know what will be the process of meonybooker because it is huge amount for me. It is pertinent to mention that I am receiving money from moneybookers from 1 years. But this was first time happen.
