Moneybookers out of business or what?

I've been trying to contact MB for weeks now. I received en email saying that my account is activated. Now i need to integrate MB to my Magento..the only thing is stopping me is the"secret code"..In the email i got from MB saying i should see a merchant tools section under summary. I looked everywhere for that section tools and it's not there..I sent 5 emails to MB to all the emails they have on the site...I called them, but i kept getting a busy tone..So can anyone plz tell how to get in touch with them.

 

Nope its not out of the business, you should contact them via phone and try between particular time then only they will give response

 

Phone is the best way. Worked fine when I called them.

 

Moneybooker is not out of business , may be you had called them in busy hours , try to call them in different time .

 

Though Moneybookers is such a big organization, It has a very bad customer care, They do not reply to the customers queries not emails, even if they do, they take ages to reply...

 

I called pretty much everyday.

At least not for me..I called, i emailed.

I agreed..Made me think it's one man company.

 

Moneybookers is not a one man operation. It is an internet operation and not designed for heavy customer service though. it's based on automatisation and FAQs, together with a small manual operation. It's not like they have loads of people sitting by the phones expecting your call.

 

As someone already noted, it's definitely not out of business - their support system have been famous for the reason you created this thread for quite long time now.
If it's important for you, keep writing and calling ..

 

And that's why paypal will stay #1. Customer service is the #1 priority for a company.

Well, its seem like they are out of business..Phone # don't work, no respond from emails..What kind of company is that????? I gave up calling and emailing them .

They are based in Brittain, and Brittain is well asleep by now, so no one will pick up in the middle of the night.

 

I guess you haven't been to MB lately? Cause they have a US office.. Also I feel sorry for folks who need help about withdraw money from this company( might take months before you get a reply from someone).

The new ATM card they offer is very nice. But customer support is very bad.

 

moneybookers is paypal alternative, they have many accounts they cannot go offline or out of business. hope this helps!

 

I stopped using Moneybookers a while ago. They are terrible. It's definitely one of the worst payment processors out there.

I do not have any problem encountered with moneybookers. It is just that I do not have have a client paying with moneybookers anymore.
