You need to remember that all of this websites needed millions to stat so unless you have the funds to do this forget about it .
what he's trying to explain is that without the existing capital to fund the exchanges you couldnt make it operate even if you had the infrastructure to do so and if by some chance you do have the capital to do so I would definitely not suggest using some ready made script to facilitate something so complex and critical. You should seek professional help to find a solution.
