Moneybookers new site !!!

Hey guys saw a brand new design for moneybookers today and it's amazing

it will add more credibility to this excellent company as it's far better than paypal in everything

they don't charge back and they have almost 50% less paypal fees and uploading/withdrawal is so easy to do

congrats all MB guys

 

The design is ok. It's certainly better than what they had before. Unfortunately, a good design doesn't make up for incompetence.

 

So you are out of luck if a seller rips you off, takes your money, and doesn't deliver the goods?

 

They're good enough if you want to transfer money across borders. Or to pay for lots of stuff. I love Moneybookers!

 

it's your responsibility to deal with trusted sellers


now look at the other side - there is chargeback (paypal) - you are the seller

a customer received the thing and then fired chargeback

in intaingable goods you can't prove you sent the thing in the trade and paypal will be in the buyer's side and you will be out of luck

charge backs are double edged - what about a tip from me ?

Make deals with trusted people with clean history only

That's why iTrader system is in place here

 

Yes, new look is really great. Though I didn't enjoy much because of my locked account :S Will have to wait till my funds reach them so that they unlock my account again

MB ROCKS

 

This is the first time I have ever recieved money from someone via MB and it is as fast as paypal. I am looking for someone to trade currencies from MB to my paypal. Is there an online merchant that does this?

 

I like the new design, but need to login and see if functionality was improved. I have 4 email addresses that expired long ago, being unable to update such information

 

ive been waiting for this. their old design is like from the 90s but still great service from moneybookers!

I visited moneybookers yesterday. The new look is very nice and more refreshing!

The design is good (much better than their old one), although there're a lot of errors in the control panel...

 

in the past few days i sent money - received money and made withdrawal with no errors

what kind of errors do you see ? screen shots ?

i don't think they just put the design on the main page - for sure they tested it for a month or something before making that

do think reputable company like MB can make a site with a lot of errors ?

 

I said about design-related errors, not money transfer.
Top nav menu buttons have a problem with mouse-overs, there're some problems with the layers on the inner pages, etc. Nothing serious though.

 

I hate MB, still rather have my cash in e-gold.

 

E-gold is a strange system. I wonder who (and why) use it...

 

loook is much more professional but in financial transactions, the policies and support is much more important then any thing else.

 

I think the design is improved!
Like it very much.
