MoneyBookers locked many accounts

for those who are using mb for business purpose , they better turn personal status into merchant
as a merchant its just one time paper work

 

I didn't transfer big amounts of money, and I've sent them documents 2 days ago and yesterday they replied if they can get bigger resolution.

i get money only from one user but MB ask me why i get money?

this is private and i don´t tell this.
yes my account before 2 mounth limited than i have sent documents than 4 week wait than again free.

and before two weeks again limited. and now closed from MB.
i have transfer 1200 € to my bank account.

I came to Moneybookers as a solution to PayPal's ineptness towards chargebacks and now Moneybookers does this

It's not a problem that they are doing it, it's a problem that they are doing it again after I have already done this

 

My MB is locked too. I sent all documents and they reply me saying that I need to wait... I dont know wait what.
They are saying that others people (4 more that send me cash) need to provide documents too and my account can be unlocked. I am waiting for my account unlocked
What Can I Do ? - All documents sent and they just say: "Wait for reply, we are working in your case"
I dont know why my account is locked and they tell me nothing

 

Moneybookers is quite annoying. Their reason for me having to verify my address was "Our third party independent source could not verify your identity"

 

I personally think MB also learning behaving like PAYPAL. Asking other PPL who paid to submit docs is not justified. They have clearly mentioned on there site that all payments are HARD Money and cannot be reversed is getting proved to be wrong. They should block the specific sender a/c, if they feel any doubt on his/her a/c


I am still waiting for there email after sending documents.

i never had problem with moneybookers. they have been good with my account.
i think when ppl login from diff IP's they tend to lock account to verify , if the person is orignal or its ben hacked.
and avoid using proxies with them as well.

 

What can ppl do if ISP gives DYN IP. There should be static ip for each internet user, this will reduce internet frauds also and make things simpler

 

MB is under scanner for money laundering so....best of luck with your accounts.
