Moneybookers Issue

    OK - heres the issue. A friend of mine is paying me £50 for some work and whilst sending the money he had an issue with the DOB before sending. He thinks he mistyped when signing up so he has submitted documents to reset it with his real.

    It's been about 2 weeks now and moneybookers is taking there time to respond.

    Is there anyway i can charge him for something without him having to enter his DOB? Like make him pay for a service. I already tried the payment button with a fixed price but still makes him enter the DOB.

    Any method would help, we have no time to wait for moneybookers as there taking there time ;)

    i think that with moneybookers you always have to put date of birth when making payment

    Without DOB, He cannot make a transaction, Advise your friend to call up the customer care, That would speed up the process
