I'm just wandering why Moneybookers is declining my Credit Card. I can use it in paypal and other sites. My address is already verified. I'm just having problem verifying my card. Are they choosing or only accepting Credit card from certain country? I already ask this question to them but I didn't receive a clear reply regarding this issue.
