Moneybookers is bad choice

    I had in moneybookers 1.3k USD ~ around 1000 €. They have frozen account and ive sent them valid information. After this they said account is closed, they took money and closed it.

    I'm so sorry to hear that , this is how this type of companies are working , I lost 600$ with Paypal :(

    See,There are many payment processing companies in the market like PayPal,Payza,Moneybookers,etc.There are some popular payment processing companies which gives you a gurantee of payment.So you should try some other paynebt processing systems.

    No they will not close your account like PayPal :)
    just submit they valid proof with your confirmed address in them

    If you submit fake address then they will close your account. So you have to be real with Moneybookers always.

    I just can say i'm sorry to hear that, but I think trouble can happens in all company, maybe this just one case, not to general..

    Its really strange because I am using moneybookers for 2 years without any problem. I was having some verification issues but I emailed them and they were very supportive and solved the issues.

    Moneybookers is different from Paypal they never release money from suspended accounts. An account can be suspended for many reasons not just because of the identity proofs. Whatever the legit documents you submit they take the decision. Stay way from risky alternatives and use Paypal.
