LOL, just fax them as told by indian_webmaster They don't need the original ID card in their hand, They just need to verify that you're the owner of the account. So just fax them, or you can e-mail them also. Scan your ID card and mail to their support. P.S:- They didn't mention about emailing via scan here, But it works also because, My account was also frozen and then i mailed my ID card to them, Now all working fine!
Yes this was happened to many ppl. I think you can ask them for their fax number. They are very helping guys so they will help you to unlock your account ASAP if you have enough docs... thank you for the replies... but 2 days ago they asked for ID CARD or DRIVING LICENSE to send via e-mail or fax, after I sent they changed the message on the website and... now they ask to send to the addres mentioned above!!

Mail the copy of your ID card to MB address you mentioned above. This will take longer, but when it comes to dealing with MB regarding unlocking accounts etc, the process is always very slow.
