Moneybookers Forgery

Discussion in 'Payment Processing' started by Linkexpert, Feb 7, 2008.

For the last few months many times moneybookers blocked my withdrawal and account but the worst thing happened with me today when I saw someone hacked my account and transferred $2700 in 3 steps to this address . This is done without my knowledge. Please tell me if anybody has witnessed same issue in past. I have lost my hard earned money without my knowldege.

Also tell me what to do in such circumstance.

    Regards,

    AM

yes you should call moneybookers they can chargeback if its done as fraud payment.

you might have to send you docs to them for your own identification

it might take some time but if it the transfer is done not by you then you will get your money back

Moneybookers doesn't tend to have that many issues with hackers etc that other payment processors do. If you have had money taken out of your account you need to be sure you have not authorised the transaction, if you did not authorise it, then you must contact moneybookers immediately.

Delaying contacting them could delay you getting your money back if it is a fraudalent transaction.

Hello, LiteForex technical support staff here. Today 2 people contacted us with this problem - according to the sum of withdrawal, it were Linkexpert and valerio7. We've frozen withdrawal to E-Gold of Linkexpert's money and will do the same for valerio7 at Monday. All withdrawals from LiteForex account are checked by our finance department manually, so if something like this will happen with one of you, please contact us immediately, and everything will be ok.

Please take into notification, that we are in need of confirmation letter from MoneyBookers (to confirm it was fraud transfer).

As for Linkexpert and valerio7 - your money will be returned to your original MB accounts (despite fees MB takes for funding and withdrawal for sure). Don't worry - we are glad to help you.

    Hi Valerio,

Nothing has happened as of now. Specially from Moneybookers it seems they are taking no action. This is a case which need urgent steps from them. It seems they are taking it lightly but for us its our hard earned money. I will contact them today as well and will find what has happend to my request.

Thanks for taking action on this matter. I really appreciate the steps taken by your company. I have informed moneybookers as well through email to their customer support as well by phone. But it seems moneybookers is taking this issue very lightly. Please make a contact with them and tell them the issue. May be they take action more promptly on your request.

I am working on it to solve the issue. I had a chat with liteforex.org support cell and they have assured me that money is safe! They are now waiting letter from moneybookers. Moneybookers seems to me lazy in this regard. Please tell me what you have done as of now and have you got your money back?

You need to allow some time. It is not as simple as you saying you want your money back. Moneybookers have to look into the details and make sure it was fraud before they can give you your money back.

Money Bookers has helped me getting my money back but now for withdrawal they are asking for many documents that I have already sent. They have made process so tedious that I am bit of loosing hope. Further yesterday someone again tried to hack my account which is again a very serious issue. I would like to ask Moneybookers that whether they have identified who is doing this as this is a very serious issue and is happened with two moneybookers user. Please suggest what to do in such circumstance.
