Moneybookers for UK individual

Apologies if this is a really bone question, but hopefully one of you can help me out. I'm in the UK and I'm wanting to open an MB account. I'm guessing it's like PayPal in that most international transactions are performed in USD.

It therefore seems sensible to select USD as the account currency, even though it's not my home currency. Do other people in the UK do this?

Another thing - are foreign currencies converted to the account currency automatically as they are with PayPal?

Top man Jimmy. I know you're an authority on this so I don't need any more replies. Unfortunately I can't reward you in the customary manner because I did so yesterday

i think you must open a account with Pfunds, because your bank accept funds.
all payments convert automatic and the convert fee is better than Paypal

You can accept payments in any currency but they'll be converted to equivalent amount of the currency of your account depending on the exchange rates of that day.
