Hi There, Does any one of you who request withdraw from moneybookers from directly to your bank account ever checked that account statements of your bank ? I request to withdraw 50,000 INR from moneybookers and received on only 47,000 INR. I checked my old moneybookers statement and compared it with my online moneybookers account and found similar issue with other apst transaction too. Do you also face this issue with them ?
Hi, That happens because they take some fees on it and they also write about it when you try to withdraw. I am using Moneybookers for my daily transaction and it works fine for me.
They already deducted fees 113 INR from current account balance. I had 69,330 in my account I request to withdraw 50,000 then my remaining balance was 19,330 After that they deducted there fees 113 INR and I only got 47,000 in my bank account. 3000 rs less
I requested a withdraw on 16th and I got payment in my account on 18th. Strange thing is they have done this all past transaction done last year too.

They charged 113 INR legally , I just checked on there website they send all money to banks in Euro, and my ICICI bank statement shows that they sent EUR 774, which is quite less to actual rates and on the same hand bank also charged wire transfer charges. So, IN total I paid approx 3000 fees/charges in 50,000 transaction which comes out to be 6% I don't think using moneybookers is good decision now, because they are indirectly charging 6%
10% ?, that crazy! ... just sitting on their hot chair and get money (i never use moneybroker and i won't use that if you say like that)
I think moneybookers eating money too , their customer care is confused too when you ask them about withdrawign money
Culprit is your bank not moneybookers. They only charge 112.96 INR or 1.80 euro as mentioned on their website for bank transfer. Wire transfer is initiated as "receiving party pay" the charges. Your bank deduct the service charges from the transfered amount.
Moneybookers fee is very low...and they dont charge 10% on withdrawal...if they do so 100 dollars will be deducted if we withdraw 1000 dollars....its not possible better to get details from moneybookers site.... As i am also using moneybookers for 3 months they take almost fee of 2 dollars on withdrawal of 300 dollars...There may be some other issue...you better talk to moneybookers
MoneyBooker withdraw charges is only 1.8 euro, some banks deducted money for wire transfer, it happened with me 2 times, then i changed my bank, now i get accurate money
I am from Bangladesh and faced same problem , I thought moneybookers is the culprit, but later when I got my SWIFT paper copy , I observed it and saw that moneybookers sent correct amount but a medium bank used to transfer fund to Bangladesh (my one was AEX) deducted $36. I transferred money several times, my medium bank charges $36 all time regardless of amount transferred. For example for $720 and $1790 they charged same amount($36). Please make sure how much your bank charging , is it %x of total money or $xx fixed amount. Thanks.
to every indian using indian currency on MB plz stop doing it . they charge a hell wen u widraw INR. i have indian accnt with $ currency and my widraws gimme a good 45.6 INR exchange rate in my last widraw. i have seen many people having same issue as urs. try out with $ accnt and u wont face any problem.
do you know most indian banks take as much as $30 to $50 as fee to process incoming wire transfer from MB. Plus there are fx and service charges.
Isn't there any other good alternative to moneybrokers that support most countrys around the world and charges fair fees ?.
