The website seems to be extremely vague and I can't get ahold of anyone on their customer service line. I recently just started selling on ebay and had a couple auctions end today. I received both payments earlier this afternoon totaling about $300. On my account page, it says: Total funds pending for settlement $XXX.xx I was just curious, how long does it take before I can withdraw these funds? How long is this "Settlement" period? Thanks
I've hears some bad reviews about moneybookers customer service,especially when your account is under review. All i can say is keep emailing them,eventually they will respond.
Honestly, I just don't understand the term "settlement". Obviously I didn't expect an instant transfer from moneybookers to my bank account but from reading the terms of service it seems like they only refund you your balance once every 15 days?
I work with Moneybookers for quite a while and all incoming payments are directly on my account. If i transfer money to another moneybookers account it happens realtime. I have just withdraw money to my bankaccount and now waiting how long it will take. But before you can use it properly, they have to review your account. I cant recall how long it took but i've openend it way before i had to use it. Edit; just checked my account : i've withdrawn the 19th and the money is at my bankaccount today.
I had to use support for some questions and i've got answers straight away. Did you verify everything ? I have my bankaccount connected but had to verify that before i could use it.
If i recall correctly they send you a letter to confirm your adress. I think it was send out from Croatia. Dunno where you based but it can take some days. Maybe this is the matter.. Or.. it just can be that your buyer has to confirm that he recieved the goods in good order ? (as you sold something trough ebay?) Thus it works like a guarantee that the buyer can claim his money back. And so long you cant withdraw it..
