Moneybookers Bank Account verification

    Hi I'm using moneybookers nearly for 5 months now and happy with it. However last week my account money exceed allowed limit (1000GBP). so now they asking me to verify my bank account in order to withdraw my money. I choose the method sending wiretransfer to my bank account so I can get a verification code and verify my bank account. However still i didnt receive my money ($14) to my bank account. So yet i'm unable to verify my account. before it take only 3, 4 days to arrive money to my account once processed it by moneybookers. but now it is 7 days. but still my bank says they didn't recevie any 14 doller transaction.


    Can someone please tell me is there anyway to check what happened to my transaction. and if I'm unable to receive it , is there any other way of verify my account. I don't have credit card. only have ATM card.

    Hi i got the transaction today. but I couldnt find the verification code. So I sent a mail to moneybookers. :(

    HI I called them and they asked me bank information regarding the 14 doller transaction and etc. I sent them and after 4 days all sorted. My account verified and my limit increased thanks moneybookers. fast service.

    I've a business account with MoneyBookers which is verified by address and bank account. I've $100.00 in my business account. I was trying to buy a service and checkout from my account which amount is less then from my account balance. I've sufficient balance to pay that. But It shows below message:

    "You don't have enough money on your balance to send xx.xx USD.
    This transaction cannot be executed because your account balance is not sufficiently above your reserve of 100.00 USD."

    I dont know why it is showing. Even I cannot send money to other moneybookers account. It is always showing that message.

    I think there are some online transactions problems. You should contact with moonybooker customer service.

    Brother after your call and send bank statement moneybookers takes how many days for verify your account???
    i receive $14 money in my account but not receive any code so i call moneybookers they says for bank statement i send my bank statement but my moneybooker account not verify yet..

    I also tried to verify my bank account , but i am being confused again and again. they are redirecting me on same page :( can you tell someone how to close skrill account?
