    Can people from usa able to upload money to moneybookers using their bank account or are the only able to upload via creditcard?

    moneybooker without US ,I dont think so.how could,as far as I know they accept US as well and I think as the other payment methode direct transfer Via swiftcode or IBANN Is allowed there

    No. Moneybookers is not available to US citizens. Moneybookers violates a bunch of anti-gambling / anti-money laundering regulations and therefore cannot be used by US persons.

    Yes moneybookers is nt allowing US customers to send internatonal money and i don't know the reason ... I just heard all this from my clients and i am really sad about it and want to know the reason..

    The main reason is that they allow money transfers related to online gambling, which makes them illegal to use in the US. The US made it illegal for citizens to use it and illegal for banks and processors to allow their cards access to it.
