I have a question about purchasing a used car from a person who lives out of state but his car is still in state via money bookers. He is requesting that i make payment then i met up with a third party dealer who has the keys and the title and the vehicle. He then told me that i would have seven days to test drive the car until money bookers would then transfer him the money. Has anyone ever heard of this and does this sound like a scam?? I would appreciate any help, thank you.

Ask him to sign the transfer letter before making any payments. And it is not advised to use online money transfer for a car purchase because it will be huge amount and it's hard to get it back if something bad happens.

moneybookers + car sales = scam
seen that before, you also get warnings attached to each mail about this topic if you sell you car on any "buy/sell car" sites.
    dont do it.
