    Hi.

Getting a one time payment of about $900 and just got a few questions to ask about moneybookers.

A: How can you verify a customers account (You know like how Paypal gives Name Address etc etc after payment) So you can check you are not being payed with a phished account?

B: How good is the charge back system. I don't mind there being one, but if a customer does a charge back how fairly is it dealt with? (Where papal is highly Buyer biased)

    Thanks in advance

Moneybookers is a bit more seller biased but the system is about the same just hook up you account to your bank and take it out. If you are scared he will charge back money after a transaction make a different Moneybookers account for him to pay to and then send the money to the one that has a bank account.

That works? Cool. Does the moneybookers account have to have a real address? The one I made is tide into my Bank account and address, so if I was to make another I'm out of addresses :D

    Thanks though.

When you sign up for a Moneybookers account, your account is basically quite limited until you complete either the bank account, credit card and/or mailing address verification. This would be the same for all parties.

As you know you would need to load your moneybookers account from either a bank account or credit card before being able to paying someone with it, this will effectively remove the issue of chargeback since the customers does not directly pays you through their credit card unless Paypal which offers a pass-through service. That is for the normal Send Payment option.

However, if you opt for the merchant services, it would come with the chargeback protection provided the payment does not come from a stolen credit card or via prohibited activities.
